Physician Liaison Program

Our Physician Liaison Program is designed to support our client’s referring providers’ communication and collaboration with our doctors and their staff.

Our Liaisons are available to:

• Connect you to physicians that compliment your care and support your practice. Our outreach and field liaison team primary function is to develop, maintain and positively influence relationships with referring physicians with the goal of attracting patient referrals through educational workshops, success rates, and in-services.

• Provide information and education on new programs and services.

• Assist in the resolution of service-related issues.

• Grow market share by identifying physicians, educating and generating positive rapport so that the providers would direct cases to physicians that compliment your practice.

• Facilitate referrals through on-site visits to physicians, grand rounds, advertising (print and online), mailings, and events organizing.

• Monitor and update listings/directories of services (print and online) for accurate representation of the physicians.

• Analyze referral trends.

• Representation in various events such as health fairs and seminars.

• Assist with maintenance of patients mailing list and provide support to the expansion of online presence through google search engine optimization and social media networks (Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, blog, etc.) with the goal of increasing visibility to potential patients.
