Each Telehealth note must contain the following auto-text:  HPI section: This visit was conducted utilizing an interactive audio and visual telecommunication system which allowed real time communication. Screen to Screen contact was had during this visit for XXXX minutes.

Check the Telehealth Visit to include the necessary statement and indicate the number of minutes.
